The Museum of Culpeper History partners with the African American Heritage Alliance for a panel discussion on the roles African Americans played in the community. The panel will focus on the areas of agriculture, civic engagement and education, spotlighting at least one individual in each of these categories.
“Elementary Explorers” is the museum’s brand NEW interactive series of children’s programming that brings fun facts, objects, and activities out of the past and to life! The series, targeted at ages 5-9, will be held monthly. Each month will feature a different activity and craft inspired by local history.
