Runners and walkers are invited to register for the Powell Wellness Center Turkey Trot 5K & Kids’ Fun Run (1/2 mile), a gobblin’ good event now in its 6th year! Race registration supports the medical fitness scholarship program that PWC offers to community members whose health may be improved through regular exercise, but who do not have the resources for a fitness center membership. The race attracts a field of more than 300 runners and walkers of all ages who enjoy a loop through the neighborhoods surrounding PWC before celebrating their Thanksgiving holiday.
