Help us kick off Women’s History Month with the release of Hancock’s Hefeweizen, entirely brewed by women.
Hancock’s Hefeweizen is named after Civil War Union nurse, Cornelia Hancock who served in Brandy Station. Hancock notably experimented with hops and yeast for medicinal purposes. Hancock is one of many unsung heroes of the Civil War, having also gone on to author books and co-found the Children’s Aid Society of PA and the Society for Organizing Charity.
