“A Stellar History: African American Civic Leaders and Entrepreneurs of the Late 19th and Early 20th Centuries”

The Museum of Culpeper History partners with the African American Heritage Alliance for a panel discussion on the roles African Americans played in the community. The panel will focus on the areas of agriculture, civic engagement and education, spotlighting at least one individual in each of these categories.
