Oak Shade Farm – Open Farm Day

Join us at Oak Shade Christmas Tree Farm for our very first Open Farm Day of 2026. This special day will introduce you to the fascinating world of Shiitake mushroom farming. We will explain every step involved in mushroom cultivation, from harvesting the logs on which the mushrooms will be grown to harvesting the delicious Shiitake mushrooms after they mature.- a true culinary delight!
While you’re here, meet our adorable animals, especially our baby mini woolly donkey, Parsley, born on February 20th, who can’t wait to greet you.
