Splash pad, Ninja Coarse & Playground at Rock Water Park
Spend the day soaking up the sunshine at the splash pad at Rock Water Park. Don’t forget to pack a picnic lunch, snacks and drinks so the kids can stay and play on the ninja coarse and playground too. The splash pad is typically open in early June through early October weather permitting.

Cedar Mountain Battlefield and Brandy Station Battlefield offer several trail options that are great for birding, hiking and walking. Interpretive signs can be found along the way too!

Stop into one of the local farm breweries to enjoy live music throughout the summer months. Old Trade Brewery, Mountain Run Winery and Death Ridge Brewery are just a few of the family friendly local farms that offer outdoor playgrounds for the kids and great local live music regularly throughout the season.
