Yowell Meadow Park/Culpeper Skate Park
This lovely and easily accessible park in Downtown Culpeper offers a level, paved one-mile walking trail and a more adventurous nature trail. The walking trail is lined with markers containing information about Culpeper’s history, while the nature trail passes a monument dedicated to the Culpeper Minutemen. Parents can unwind and relax as their children use the kid-friendly play areas, shoot some hoops, or play volleyball or tennis. Skateboarders will enjoy the modular ramps at the Skate Park Facility, recently renovated in 2013, including a 6ft mini, huge pyramid with ledges, banks, quarters, and 2 rails. It also has a spine and flybox!
