DESCRIPTION:Culpeper’s Twinkle Tour is BACK for 2025! 🎄✨\nLast year\, Culpeper County Parks & Recreation jingled all the way into a brand-new tradition—our very first Self-Guided Holiday Lights Driving Tour (now officially called The Twinkle Tour)… and WOW\, did our community glow!\n🌟 Over 20 homes lit up the night with twinkling lights\, dazzling displays\, and more holiday cheer than a mug of hot cocoa. Families\, neighbors\, and friends bundled up\, hit the road\, and soaked in a heartwarming\, joy-filled tour that became an instant holiday favorite.\n💡 From reindeer on rooftops to music-synced light shows\, the creativity was next level—and thanks to YOU\, it was one of the brightest highlights of 2024 and we will be at it again in 2025!\nHomes in Culpeper Town & County will be all decked out for the most festive of Holiday Seasons. Driving tour will be open 6:00p-9:00p each evening Monday\, December 8 – Saturday\, December 27\, 2025.\nDriving tour map will be available 12/7/25 on CCPR’s website & Facebook page. SUMMARY:Christmas Carols at Mountain Run Winery
DESCRIPTION:Come create a holiday memory at Mountain Run’s 5th annual Community caroling celebration!\nFrom 2:00 to 5:00 pm we’ll have ornament painting in our 120-year-old stable\, complete with 15-foot Christmas tree. Holiday music from acoustic guitarist Mike Henry will start at 3:00 pm. At 4:15 pm we’ll gather under the tree for the “kids carols” event\, including Jingle Bells\, Frosty the Snowman\, Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer and more. After a short break\, at 5:00 pm we’ll begin our traditional carols\, including Hark the Heralds\, Joy to the World\, God Rest Ye Merry Gentleman and more!\nTo get everyone warmed up\, The Jittery Mouse will have Holiday Drinks available for purchase! Hot Cocoa\, Hot Apple Cider & Peppermint Mocha & Sugar Cookie Coffees! And for the adults in the crowd\, the winery will have mulled wine available as well as our usual selection of award-winning wine\, cider\, beer and hot-mulled wine.\nWe’ve also received word from the North Pole that a very special\, very jolly\, very ho-ho-ho-happy someone will be stopping by the festivities to see the kids and will be sitting for pictures from 2:30-4:15. \nCOOKIE EXCHANGE INFORMATION: Want to help further the holiday spirit? Bring a batch of your favorite holiday cookies (and a tin to take other cookies home with you) if you want to participate in the optional cookie exchange. \nPlease note that the caroling will be held in a 120-year-old barn – which is uninsulated.
