Yoga, Meditation, and Northern Indian Meals and Wine
Join me for an hour and 15 minutes of yoga and meditation among the beautiful vines at Narmada Winery! Afterwards, enjoy a delicious Indian heritage meal, along with a self-guided wine tasting. Food will include the option of butter chicken, or the vegetarian option of chickpea curry, both included with rice. Plus, a samosa and hummus with half a baguette. The self-guided wine tastings would include 6 different wines, a page of descriptions of these wines and a souvenir glass that you could take home.
