General Parking
The Culpeper Parking Authority maintains eight parking lots within the downtown area. All of the lots are available for FREE 3-hour parking weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no time restrictions after 5:00 pm. The Heritage Park parking lot is available for all day parking as well as overnight AMTRAK parking.
Temporary Day Parking Passes
Day parking rates are $5 per pass, per day. This pass allows all-day parking in downtown 3-hour parking lots for the date(s) requested, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. No pass is required on weekends and holidays. THIS PASS DOES NOT INCLUDE STREET PARKING. Show your online payment receipt to pick up parking passes at the Culpeper Tourism & Visitors Center located at the train depot at 111 S. Commerce Street or the Town Treasurer’s Office located at Town Hall at 400 S. Main Street.
