For more than four centuries our forefathers have been producing fresh corn whiskey in the hills of Virginia.
Now, for the last 15 years, this once elusive drink is available for all to enjoy. Belmont Farm of Virginia
Distillery, family owned and operated, is proud to preserve a national tradition with their product,
"VIRGINIA LIGHTNING". Belmont Farm's pot still whiskey is distilled slow and handled with care, to
preserve all of the aroma and taste of a fine fresh corn whiskey. Their copper pot still is truly
the secret of their whiskey. From growing their own corn, harvesting it, storing it, and grinding
it, to the final bottling, the Miller family has dedicated themselves to the continuation of pot
still whiskey production. Take a tour of the distillery and be sure to visit the Gift Shop for
unique souvenirs.
