The Blue Ridge Chorale of Culpeper is a non-profit chorus of 30-40 adult singers from Culpeper and surrounding counties. Rehearsals are weekly on Mondays at 6:30pm. The Chorale performs two seasons of concerts per year: September - December and January - May, with some venues ticketed and others free to the public.The Chorale also performs at various events throughout the year, such as singing patriotic songs for the Culpeper 4th of July, and caroling at the Depot Christmas Tree Lighting. The Chorale has collaborated with other groups such as handbell choirs, community bands, and dance schools, and accepts new singers for each season. There is also a Youth Chorale for children 7-14, which performs at their concerts. Their programs consist of popular as well as sacred music.
