The Culpeper Arts Festival is a three-day public art initiative produced by Culpeper Tourism and Economic Development. The Festival is designed to transform Culpeper, Virginia, into a vibrant creative destination through the installation of large-scale murals in prominent public locations.

The Festival will feature nationally recognized, Virginia-based, and local Piedmont Area mural artists. Murals created during the Festival will become lasting public art installations that enhance Culpeper’s visual identity, activate underutilized spaces, and contribute to economic vitality within the community.
